Abstract

People starting to move to a healthier way of life. Which means moving to a animal fat free meals. And also, removing animal cruelty options from their menu. be frank, indonesia as a develop country has few restaurant which provides vegetarian menu in order to fulfill their diets, A lot of people would love to try international cuisine to help their curiosity despite the incompatibility on the flavor for asian taste. Nevertheless, Indonesian market would go on group, going to caffe and restaurant with their groups, friends, and family. And also by using italian dish as a reference for the menu to enhance the esthetic values and by shallow market research, a suitable dish for asian appetite, especially for indonesian market, with huge selection of cheese toppings and ingredients. Also I serve those dish on a cozy place to fulfill their behavior, then I conclude to use vegetarian as a basic value to create an amazing concept for my caffe.
