Abstract
Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family. The word broccoli comes from italian plural. Broccoli is often boiled or steamed. There are three commonly grown up of broccoli, calabrese broccoli, sprouting broccoli, purple broccoli. But, commonly in Indonesia we use calabrese broccoli or broccoli. Broccoli jam is the best way to eat vegetable for those who doesn’t like vegetable because of its smell and taste, also we are ready to compete in food industry.Our target is those who doesn’t like to eat vegetable, especially children to fulfill their nutrients. We know that people are aware about their health.
