Abstract
The Author did an internship in Bali called Element by Westin Ubud Bali and Renessaince Bali Uluwatu Resort and Spa. On the first 3 months at the Elemen by Westin Ubud Bali, then the second place internship at Renessaince Bali Uluwatu Resort and Spa. The first place that author applied for internship was Element by Westin Ubud Bali located In precisely on Jl. Raya Andong No.88, Petulu, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar. Element by Westin Ubud is famous for its natural beauty which really describes the typical atmosphere of Ubud which is very beautiful for its natural beauty and still thick with Balinese culture. Element By Westin Ubud has only one restaurant wich is Andong teras. However when the Covid pandemic Aandong Teras Restaurant was temporary closed, then all the staff and interns were only focus on room service The Renaissance hotel was the second place author applied for internship, located on the Balangan beach road, Uluwatu, and its location on a hill makes the Renaissance hotel one of the hotels with the best views in Bali. Renaissance hotel consists of 2 restaurants and 1 beach club. the first restaurant is Double Ikat, the second restaurant is Clay Craft, the last one is Rooster Fish Beach club, for 3 months the author learned a lot during his internship both at the hotel element and at the hotel reniassance. Starting from the types of cutting boards, how to store things correctly, how to work quickly but correctly and precisely, how to prepare ingredients for breakfast and alacarte buffets, how to washing cooking utensils quickly and cleanly. The staff at the renaissance hotel and Element hotel , especially pastry, are very friendly and kind, all of them want to protect and teach so that the author gets a lot of experience during internships
