Abstract

Tolo chips is a healthy snacks that made from Black-eyed Peas which contains a lot of healthy benefits for body . Not only have different main ingredients, but the way to cook it is also different from other chips that is by using pan frying method not deep frying to maintain the nutrients in it. And also ‘tolo chips’ have a thicker size because they are cut manually. Tolo chips will be pack in aluminium foil standing pouch to maintain the quality of Tolo Chips. Tolo chips will be sold at Rp 18.000 and costumers will find Tolo Chips at local supermarkets, gift shops and at our online marketplace
