Abstract

‘Bakso Bulung Gek Tin’ is a meatball that we combine with special ingredients from Bali which is bulung boni. I come up with this idea looking at how most of Balinese people loves to consume bulung boni as their snack and I also want to make bulung boni becomes more popular at another provinces. When you eat this meatball, you will find the savory yet tasty from the seaweed and fish meat, chewy-soft texture. ‘Bakso Bulung Gek Tin’ will be pack in a plastic bowl with noodle, celery, fried garlic, and stock or just eat it with ketchup and chili sauce. Every bowl will contain 8 pieces of the meatballs and will be sell at IDR 22.000. Later, we will develop this meatball into a few types, such as grill, fry, etc. This meatball also can be found in vacuum pack edition. Just simply order through our social media then you can enjoy a delicious seaweed meatball
