Abstract

Banana Peels Brownies Pancake is a Brownies with special ingredients from banana peels waste and cooked in pancake technique. Banana peel is rarely used as food by local people when the carbohydrate content in banana peel high. Carbohydrate content of banana peel at 18,50%. I come up with this idea looking at most of people always throw away banana peels. I want to make a product from banana peels so that people are also inspired by my product. This brownie pancake highlight the classic flavor combination of chocolate, and bananas, except that no bananas are used, just banana peels. We choose very ripe and frozen banana peels. Freezing and thawing the banana peels enables you to soften them without cooking. The first process of making this banana peels brownie pancake is blend the milk with the banana peels until smooth, then mix all the ingredient and fold in the meringue, cook the pancake and flip it, the pancake ready to serve. This brownie pancake has 110 kkal calories in 1 piece. It makes we can eat the brownie pancake without feeling guilty and we can also don’t lose our calorie tracking. This product can be ordered online, for Surabaya and surroundings. This product’s premix will be made by request for national from our website or e-commerce.
