Abstract
The writing of this industrial training report is one of the requirements to fulfill graduation regulation. This report is written based on a training program at W Bali - Seminyak from 6^th January 2020 – 〖28〗^th March 2020. The writer chose this hotel and section not only to complete the internship program but also to improve skill in the entire field such as idea, creativity, communication, teamwork and many more. An internship is an opportunity to add and gain experience working directly / real in the field, but still in monitoring and supervision. 4 times rolling, starting from Fire Restaurant then In Retreat Dining. Recently, a lot of companies such as offices, restaurants, hotels and factory that in collaboration with academies in tourism for developing education through an internship program. One of them is W Bali Seminyak (formerly W Retreat and Spa). W Bali Seminyak is one 5-star luxury hotel in the Seminyak, Bali area have gotten many awards and records. Has been operating since 2010 one of the Starwood subsidiaries that has now joined Marriot and become the biggest hotel group in the world At W Bali Seminyak, intern students are given trust and the opportunity to serve food directly in front of guests, to process food, doing preparations, Almost no difference between staff / commis, daily worker / outsourced trainees / interns that make internship students a great opportunity to learn and sharpen their skills, so that they can be useful for career or business in the future. The most important point to master before entering the professional working industry are being able to take responsibility, effective communication, teamwork, hygiene, sanitation, storage skill, and producing good quality goods.
