Abstract

KIER is one of barbeque product. But this is not only the typical barbeque sauce, KIER is also have a lot of benefits for our body because this barbeque sauce is uniquely made from kiwi fruit with it’s skin. This fruit contain so many good benefit for our body especially from it’s skin which is it contain a lot of Fiber, Folate, Vitamin E and the most of the antioxidants are in the skin. There will be simple way to make this barbeque sauce. First of all is you need to blow torch for removing the furry part of the skin. Then you can do blender the whole kiwi with the skin after removed it’s furry part. After that you only need pour all ingredients for making this sauce together in the sauce pan, bring it to boil then simmer. The last process is packaging proses. KIER will be packed in glass jar. Each jar contain 250 mg of KIER Barbeque Sauce which is for 2 serving per package. Every jar of KIER Barbeque Sauce will be sold for Rp107.250,-.
