Abstract

Indian restaurants in Indonesia are less well known in Indonesia. Many people think Indian food is mostly dirty. I'm here to change people's views about it. Now I want to introduce Indian food in the restaurant I want to make. I have previously had experience in the kitchen. My restaurant aims to open up new jobs and increase my income. By opening this restaurant I aim to introduce culinary arts from India.
