Abstract

I am interested to establish a Thai food restaurant because the kinds of food are various, the tastes are delicious and acceptable for most people and the prices are affordable. Moreover, many people, especially young people prefer foreign foods to Indonesian foods when they eat out because Indonesian food is considered as home food. These factors make me sure to open this restaurant to fulfil the needs of eating foreign foods, especially Thai foods that are rarely found in Indonesia nowdays. These Thai foods mostly specialized on pork, and seafoods. In addition, people can choose various kinds of Thai dishes with gravy, grilled, fried, and the raw forms.
