Abstract
Restaurant is a common culinary business in the world. There is a lot of types of culinary business. Such as Fine dining, Café, Eatery, Restaurant, etc. And from all those businesses I would choose between Eatery of a Restaurant. Because Eatery is a simple business and trendy but I would like to big and open a restaurant. I am also inspired by my dad who opened a restaurant back in Semarang. They sell seafoods and Chinese foods and personally I loved it. And I can learn from my dad about what to do and what not to do in Culinary Business. I can also learn some of their recipes which is from my grandma and even make it better.
