Abstract

Lately, many people are interested and in the FnB world, many people have started a business by opening a cafe or restaurant. Therefore, as a culinary arts student, I want to open an eatery business. I interest to involved in this business because this business does not require a very large capital, and this business has a profitable advantage. This business will also greatly benefit consumers, when consumers want delicious and practical food. By opening this business, I will gain a lot of experience that I will use in the future, and by opening this business my knowledge about the world of culinary will be wider. And by opening this business I will increase my income. By opening this eatery, I hope that consumers can enjoy the taste of my dishes with pleasure. And as I got older, I was required to get as much experience as possible, and be able to earn my own income. And by opening an eatery business, I hope to be able to fight with other business people.
