Abstract
Developments in the commercial business world, especially the culinary/businessgrowing very rapidly. This can be seen from the increasing number of restaurant services. One of the restaurants that appeared was the restaurantItaly, some of which provide fine service dining, self service and family service for visitors whowanted to enjoy Italian food. In an Italian restaurant, the atmosphere that is presented has a characteristic surrounding Italy which is also presenthelp diners to have a memorable experience while eating Italian food. Italian food does have its own place on the tongue of Indonesians. Alreadymany Italian restaurants that use the concept of cafe & restaurant as a visitor attraction.The use of quality ingredients and proper cooking techniques is a concernnumber one for Italians. Therefore almost all Italian dishes can be likedalmost everyone in the world. The Italian restaurant has an Italian thematic characteristic with the use of materials in the arrangement of the aesthetic aspects of the space and forms the image of the space as an Italian restaurant that isoffers Italian food so that it attracts visitors to come and get satisfaction foreat the typical Italian food on offer.
