Abstract
Culinary is a business that is not eroded by changing times, call it the food stall business. Not without reason, this type of business has become an important sector because it is included in the primary needs of the community. The concept is also fairly diverse, ranging from buffet food stalls, warteg, to lesehan. and my desire is to open a simple restaurant, why do I want to open a simple restaurant, first I want to open a job field which is just an ordinary place to eat in general but has a good standard for this simple restaurant, the second because I want the restaurant management system to be not too standard so that it can be managed in a family manner, the latter offers and makes it easy for the public to enjoy simple food, by providing affordable prices, and the product does not contain chemicals.
