Abstract
Aqua reef is a western-asian seafood dish restaurant that built under the sea, so you can enjoy your meal accompanied by fish that swimming above your head, I made this idea because I think this is a rare concept of dining; I be bold with this idea because I know that no one are crazy enough to make this concept as I am, despite that I believe that anyone will love my concept, because I think there is still uncommon restaurant that exist with this idea; even if there is I believe it will costs a lot of bucks, but the point is I’m not thinking about the cost, I am thinking about the vibes that I give to the customer like when they are enjoying their meals under the sea. And one thing I think I want to make a semi molecular gastronomy restaurant to improve my customer experience with my business.
