Abstract

Sānvors Restaurant is a proposed chinese restaurant located at Duta Mall Banjarmasin, Ahmad Yani street No.98, Banjarmasin City, South Borneo. Sānvors Restaurant will come with a Chinese restaurant modern vibe concept, Sānvors Restaurant chooses a modern vibe concept because in Banjarmasin no one has opened a chinese restaurant with modern vibe concept. Sānvors Restaurant chose the location at Duta Mall Banjarmasin because Duta Mall is the only mall in Banjarmasin City and from the observations of people in Banjarmasin City really like to visit places with new concepts so it will be very easy to find customers. Sānvors Restaurant offers a variety of special menu options. Sānvors Restaurant is being developed by Carlita Xaviera N, owner and President. Sānvors Restaurant competitive advantage is the choice of healthy Chinese menus served with sauces and seasonings have been refined to produce the most flavorful, appetizing, and interesting dishes. The menu recipe used is a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation so that it has a taste that is definitely delicious.
