Abstract

Enkel’s Vegan Spread is a spread or jam that we made from soy milk and combined with the taste of pineapple. I come up with this idea because people nowadays starting to get more health conscious than the previous generation. So, I came up with an idea that having a desert spread without feeling guilty in health wise. When you eat this spread/jam, you will find the creaminess of the soy milk, the sweet natural taste from pineapple, and the sourness from the pineapple and the apple cider vinegar. Enkel’s Vegan Spread will be packed in a glass jar. Every jar will contain 300gr of the product and sold at IDR45.000,-. Later, we will develop this spread into many variation and flavours; and this spread can be found at supermarkets, our online stores, or can be ordered through our website and social media.
