Abstract

Now days employers increasingly want to see experince in the fresh gratuade candidate that they will hire. 95% of employers said candidate experince is a factor in hiring decision, according to an annual survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) It means that all fresh gratuade will have a hard time finding a job if they have zero working experince. Internship is one of the best solution for fresh gratuade not only does it provide you with some expreince but it will also help you build connection and get a recomendation letter for you future interview. By doing an internship you can get a chance to put a 5 stars hotel name is your future CV . Because a few of that reason i have choosen The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali as the place to do my internship for 6 months. This report is devided into several chapter. In the first chapter it is the introductory part,objectives and significant of the internship for the student, Institude, and for The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali. In the second chapter it is about the Overview of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali and the result of the Internship in The Westin Resort . The last Chapter deals with conclusion and some suggestion for future trainee and also for The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali in terms of traning and dealing with a trainee. During my internship i was placed at three kitchen Velada Tapas Bar and kitchen, Brekafast Kitchen and Bakery that is why this report is more detail about this three kitchen compare to other kitchen in The Westin Resort Nusa Dua since I have experience it myself
