Abstract

According to this vision, they already set a standard to make sure that the goal is real by sending us to do the internship for about 6 months. Doing the internship has a lot of advantages for us like improving our skills, teach us a lot of new things, find out our potential, and many more; that’s why doing this internship is the last thing to do to complete the standard of creating the reliable chef later. This report is written to complete my task in Akademi Kuliner dan Patiseri Ottimmo Internasional as my last assignment and all of the things that has written on this report is based on my real internship experience at Noach Café and Bistro, 4th Pregolan, Surabaya. Basically, doing this internship has a lot of advantages for us, as for the purpose of this internship is to complete my graduation requirement (D3) in the Culinary Arts and Baking Pastry Department, to improving and increasing our knowledge and skills in the kitchen, giving a chance to students to adapted with the working environment as mental training, discipline, and responsibility, etc. Based on that, the purpose of writing this report is to push us so we can improve and speak up our idea and pour it out into writing that easily to understood, to increase our creativity into writings objectively, and as a proof that we did the internship well. This report used a few methods of writing with the intention to collect the data easily, so the report is neatly organized. The descriptive method is chosen to pack this report – writing based in accordance with the data and facts. This report is organized with a few steps including: direct observation by doing the internship on spot, doing debriefing directly – to collect more information in details to write this report.
