Abstract
Start out with an overview of the concern about waste, then we learning about the organic waste and the benefit that we can get from the organic waste, and we thinking about something new that people have never produce and make. So, we decide and choose the Kiwi Peel to make KEPO (Kiwi Peel Powder) as a new innovation that has a great health benefit but also the alternative to reducing waste. We choose to make the Kiwi Peel because if we want to make the different concept from others fruit waste that is simple and easy to consume, by seeing this opportunity then we choose to make Kiwi Peel as the Powder to be something new that can easily to mix and match to your food and easily to carry.
