Abstract
Cempedak Jerky is a jerky product made from cempedak fruit and vegetarian herbs. This make everyone able to eat jerky especially for vegetarians, because this product is purely made from vegetarian ingredients. Benefit for the body from cempedak fruit itself are, improve body immunity, contain vitamin A, contain high vitamin C, launch stomach digestive system. There will be 3 steps processing. First is the boiling cempedak fruit until soft. Second sautee all ingredient until the spices seep into the fruit. Third deep fry cempedak fruit. Cempedak Jerky will be packed in vacuum plastic and will be put in a wrap box. In each pack there will be approximately 250 grams. Every pack will be sold for IDR 42.000.
