Abstract
Katuk cookies are healthy products made from katuk leaf flour and additional almond pulp flour to provide better function. Katuk leaf itself also contains vitamins (A, B, and C), fat, protein, calcium, iron, and phosphorus which are good for the human body, and are cheap and easy to find plants. Not inferior to other vegetables, katuk leaves are also a source of fibrous food. Here are some of the properties of katuk leaves, among others, Smooth milk production, Overcoming anemia, Increase endurance, Maintain eye health, Increase male vitality, Maintain bone health and much more. Here will be a few steps in making katuk cookies, first buy katuk leaves to dry, then enter the food processor and become flour. second, buy almonds for milk as an additional dish in the snack, and the pulp from almonds is dried and made into flour. step 3 when you get almond flour and katuk leaf flour, just make a cake from flour and ready to consume when the cookies is finished. Katuk leaf cookies will be produced in a jar-shaped package and will be repackaged to protect cookies. per packs cookies approximately 600 grams. and the price of katuk cookies range from 35k to 40k depending on the contents and the place we produce.
