Abstract

Jackfruit seed is a common traditional snack to Indonesian people. Usually boiled just with salt, and most Indonesian people love it, It has salty and bean-like texture. Most people don’t know about the benefit of consuming jackfruit seed, it’s packed with protein and loads of vitamin B and Potassium. These seeds are rich in Thiamin and Riboflavin which help turning the food you eat into energy and keep eyes, skin, and hair healthy. The seeds also provide small amounts of mineral like Zinc, Iron, Calcium, Copper, Potassium and Magnesium. Tortilla is originally made from flour or corn, but we make innovation with replacing the flour with jackfruit seed that I make into dry form like flour. The tortilla will be full of vitamin and minerals that can bring so much benefit to consumer. Our product will be available on nearest supermarket, and also on shopping application like tokopedia and shopee, we sell it for Rp. 24.000/pack
