Abstract

The writing of this industrial training report is one of the requirements to fulfill graduation regulation. This report is written based on a training program at The Orange Bakery “Baking and Pastry Section” from January 2020 – March 2020. The writer chose this baking and pastry not only to complete the internship program but also to improve skill in the entire field such as idea, creativity, communication, teamwork and many more. The writer had the opportunity to spend 3 months in the Pastry section and 2 months in the bakery section that The Orange Bakery have. The writer has taught so many things in the The Orange Bakery. The most important point to master before entering the professional working industry are being able to take responsibility, effective communication, teamwork, hygiene, sanitation, storage skill, and producing good quality goods.
