Abstract
In the recent event and internship the writer has been through, it has dawned and made the writer realized the internship the writer has gone through at Tuttobono Ristorante has been somewhat resulting in a good and bad experience, does not matter in which order but both experiences are useful, such as been working under pressure, it has a different vibe and view compared to OTTIMMO, being an intern aswell at Tuttobono Ristorante that resulting being almost at the bottom of the hierarchy made the writer realized that everything the writer needs to do, make and create must be perfect and according to standard that has been place at Tuttobono Ristorante, this made the Internship at Tuttobono Ristorante even more as a place to enhance and train the writer’s skills to be decisive, perfect and exceed expectations of people around the writer For days, weeks and months the writer has been an Intern at Tuttobono Ristorante, it made the writer to learn new skills, mostly western delicacies and style of dishes, but considering all of that, it made the writer to realize that the writer is still a newborn in the world of Culinary, the writer made mistakes while being an Intern at Tuttobono Ristorante, also solutions for that and everything that comes by, getting scolded, yelled, complaints it all adds up for the writer to be the better person in terms of quality of working and general in life
