Abstract
The writing of this industry training report has become one of the most significant academic challenges the author has ever faced. This report was written based on a training program at the Altoro Spanish Gastrobar Restaurant from October 22th, 2020 until March 26th, 2020. The writer chose this restaurant not only to complete the internship program but also to improve the writer's skills in all fields such as communication, organization and teamwork. The writer has the opportunity to work with one of the Altoro Spanish Gastrobar Head Chef Restaurants, Chef Ana Moralez Sanchez. The writer spends 2 months in the hot kitchen, 2 months in the pastry, and 2 months in the prepare section. The writer is taught many things in restaurants such as knowledge, teamwork, cleanliness, storage, communication and others. The essence of being an apprentice is that you can learn many things in the real workplace and be directly supervised by seniors who certainly have more experience and expertise in their fields. The writer can also learn from what senior struggles and problems from the past. Also being an intern at the Altoro Spanish Gastrobar Restaurant is not just about cutting or even as a runner but is responsible for doing service and is responsible for making all the spices on the menu.
