Abstract

I choose Koro Beans as the main ingredients in making cookies, the first reason is because outs there are people who innovate in this regard. Besides that, koro beans also contain many health benefits for the body. Koro grows a lot in various regions in Indonesia, especially in Central Java, which can be found in Wonogiri, Temanggung, Grobongan, and other areas. However, until now the production of koro has not been recorded clearly in the agricultural service or appeared in the data presented by thr Central Bureau pf Statistic (BPS). Koro planting is carried out by farmers as intercropping or intercropping plants and is usually used as food reserves during the dry season. In making this report, the author can already know how to make peanut buter cookies that are good and right by using koro flour. The author also knows how to get the nutrients contained in this Kookies product. The author already knows what the differences in characteristic found in cookies made with the basic ingredients of flour and flour ingredients koro flour. The authors already know the target market in making this product, know how business planning will be done in selling this product, knows where a good location to sell the product, and knows at what price she will sell her products
