Abstract

This internship report is written as a requirement to complete the academic program at Ottimmo International, particularly in the Culinary Arts. The internship was carried out at Drool Bakery from 06 January 2025 to 06 July 2025. The objective of this internship was to gain practical experience and apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during lectures into a real-world work environment. During the internship, the intern was assigned to the Pastry and Bakery was involved in various tasks including baking. These tasks provided the intern with valuable insights into the workflow and organizational structure of the company. The results of the internship showed that the intern was able to improve several soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management, as well as technical skills relevant to the field of pastry and bakery. This report outlines the intern’s experiences, responsibilities, and contributions during the internship period.
