Abstract

"The purpose this internship is because the author want to know about the working condition of an international 5 star hotel restaurant. Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi is an Thailand based hotel that have many branch all over the world and have quite a few Michellin guide for their restaurant such as Benjarong Thai restaurant and also Namak Indian restaurant. In Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi itself have quite a few outlet exactly 6 outlet with their own kitchen and 2 outlet without their own kitchen. For the outlet that have their own kitchen are main kitchen which is responsible for private dining and also banquet events, Urban kitchen which is an all day dining buffet with international food, Namak is an Indian restaurant that is nominated for michellin guide, Benjarong is Thai restaurant that is also nominated for the Michellin guide restaurant, Cold kitchen is responsible for all the salad , fruits, and also the sushi, and the last one is Mcgettigan which is an Irish bar with international food. From this internship the author get a lot of new experience that the author never get before setting foot on the working industries such as how to adapt to problem and adapting to new situation working with people from another country.
