Abstract
The internship report describes the author's internship experience working in the pastry kitchen at the VASA hotel which lasted for 6 months from January 15, 2024 to July 15, 2024 at the VASA hotel Surabaya. VASA hotel Surabaya has 6 different types of restaurants, namely Xiang Fu Hai, Nagano, Chamas, Bonne Journe, Voda and 209 dining. The author was placed in the pastry kitchen where we make products every day to be prepared at 209 dining, Chamas and Bonne Jorne. During the internship, the author gained new experiences such as managing time management and being accurate, prioritizing several jobs at once, maintaining cleanliness, meeting new friends and freelancers, preparing work neatly and accurately, helping freelancers manage ingredients in the chiller, freezer and drh Store to keep it clean, training the mentality in the kitchen, and others.
