Abstract
The writing of this training report has become one of the most significant academic challenges the writer has ever faced. This report was written based on a training program at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas from March 21th, 2022 until September 24th, 2022. The writer chose this hotel not only to complete the internship program but also to improve the writer's skills in all fields such as communication, organization and teamwork. The writer spends 6 months in the Café Restaurant and Mate restaurant as trainee. The writer is taught many things in hotel such as knowledge, teamwork, cleanliness, storage, communication and others. The essence of being an apprentice is that you can learn many things in the real workplace and be directly supervised by seniors who certainly have more experience and expertise in their fields. The writer can also learn from what senior struggles and problems from the past.
