Abstract

Richy pork is the name of a culinary business in the form of a rice bowl, the reason why open this business is because although the rice bowl looks practical and simple, it has a delicious and unique taste which combines various condiments (rice, vegetables, side dishes, sauces) in one bowl. Besides that, there are many regional specialties that can be developed through rice bowl menus, one of which is my regional specialty, namely North Sulawesi, broadly speaking, North Sulawesi cuisine is more savory, and spicy and also usually uses a lot of herbs and aromatics to create a taste. strong taste. that's why I was inspired to make a rice bowl with the concept of "kawanua" cuisine or known as Manado cuisine, and Manado cuisine is also identical to pork so I use pork in all my menus.Besides that, rice bowls are also on the rise at the moment, especially among young people with a variety of menu choices and sauces, making this dish more attractive among young people, even not only young people, but also loved by all circles, of course at a friendly price.
