Abstract

In this modern time, eating in fast food chains, restaurants or any place where food is located is a huge part in the lives of Indonesian. The love for local food or even International food of Indonesian is unbreakable, especially food with authentic taste and deep philosophy. Many places that provide authentic food with a more modern classic atmosphere such as Pagi Sore, Rome by Union, Pierre, Nonna Bona, Caspar, Le Quartier, Turkuaz, Trio Restaurant, Wongfukei Hakka Restaurant, etc. In Indonesia, there are a lot of delicious and very authentic typical foods, but unfortunately with a makeshift place people can only come to eat, without enjoying the place there. People want to enjoy good food with the support of a harmonious place, so that they can make a good conversation and enjoy the atmosphere after eating. Therefore, Food and place must be in harmony in order to satisfy customers who come, not once but many times. So, that can be their favorite place to come and chat about business, work, even personal matters. A restaurant is not only a place to eat, but also can be a comfortable place to share good memories together. From this background, Heureux born with it.
