Abstract

A low-calorie dessert is a dessert in a jar that has low calories because it is combined with local ingredients that have high enough protein, namely tempeh, and tofu. I came up with this idea seeing how most Indonesian people like dessert, but are often afraid because dessert has high calories. When consuming this dessert in a jar, you will feel the distinctive taste of the dessert but with low calories. This low-calorie dessert will be packaged in a glass jar. Each jar will contain 160gram and will be sold for Rp.43,234. Later this low-calorie dessert can be found at the bakery or can be ordered directly through our website and social media.
