Abstract

Nugget Mushroom Fritata is a Nugget that I combine with local flavour from Lombok which is Taliwang seasoning. This idea came because I like food in Lombok, one of which is Taliwang Chicken. Also Taliwang Chicken is becoming more popular in Indonesia. When you eat this nugget, you will find the taste of Taliwang flavour and Mushroom. Nugget Mushroom Fritata will be packed in a Microwavable Disposable Plastic and every pack got 8 pcs, and everyone can request with rice or not. The product will be sold at IDR 20.000 If you want rice, you have to add IDR 5.000. You can find this product on Social Media and in my cafe board game in Lombok.
