Abstract
Sambal Doke is a food product in the form of sambal which is made with the main ingredient of banana heart. I process the heart of a banana into chili sauce because most of the Indonesian people really like chili as a side dishes. The reason why I chose to use banana heart is because in Indonesia, banana heart is still very rarely processed and consumed by the general public. In fact, the heart of a banana has many health benefits for the human body. Banana heart has several ingredients that are beneficial to the body. Such as potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, minerals, fatty acids, flavonoids, saponins, essential and non-essential amino acids, tannins, glycosides to steroids. Some of these ingredients have benefits for curing bacterial infections. The heart content of bananas can also overcome diabetes. Sambal Doke uses high quality ingredients with a clean and guaranteed manufacturing process. This makes Sambal Doke have a longer shelf life even without preservatives. Sambal Doke is packed in bottles that have been sterilized beforehand. 1 bottle of Sambal Doke has a weight of about 200gr and is sold at 25.000 rupiahs for one bottle
