Abstract

The main ingredient I used in this dish are Tempeh and Beef slice, the reason I use tempeh is that I want to create a small dish but can make people satisfied without eating too much. Tempeh itself contain high protein but low in calories it is perfect for diet etc. The tempeh I used in this dish is tempeh bacem, traditional recipe from Indonesia. Tempeh bacem is marinated overnight tempeh with various spices from local recipe, and then the tempeh bacem will be smashed and wrapped in beef slices, after that I will pour it with Indonesia traditional peanut sauce. So, this dish is basically prepared in German style but have Indonesia taste.
