Abstract

The writing of this industrial training report is one of the requirements to fulfill graduation regulation. This report is written based on a training program at Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay “Pastry Section” from January 2020 – March 2020. The writer chose this hotel and section not only to complete the internship program but also to improve skill in the entire field such as idea, creativity, communication, teamwork and many more. The writer had the opportunity to do training in Four Seasons Resort Jimbaran Bay in pastry section, the pastry section is divided into 5 sections which are Sundara Beach Club, Resort, Bakery, Production, and Chocolate. The author had the chance to do training in Sundara for 2 months and in resort for 1 month. However, the writer had also studied in bakery, chocolate, and production. The most important point to master before entering the professional working industry are being able to take responsibility, effective communication, teamwork, hygiene, sanitation, storage skill, and producing good quality goods.
