Abstract

This report describes the internship experience at the Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel in Surabaya, starting from January 31 to July 31, 2025. Internship activities included manning the stand during breakfast and lunch, if available, setting up coffee breaks, cleaning the kitchen area, closing ice cream, and closing the coffee cafe. Through this internship, students can learn to work in the professional industry later. Through this internship, students can learn teamwork.
