Abstract
"The reason author wants to do internship at Kanvaz Patisserie by Vincent Nigita as part of Ottimmo International program, is because they want to learn how professionals pastry kitchen operates. Kanvaz Patisserie by Vincent Nigita is a French-themed café located in Bali, Indonesia. Moreover, it is one of the popular places known for its pastry products. During the six-month internship, the intern will learn how to work in a professional kitchen and gain valuable experience and knowledge about pastry-making techniques, chocolate, and bakery products. In addition, interns also have the opportunity to help make large cakes for wedding event. Trainees are also given the opportunity to assist in making an Italian Wedding Cake.
