Abstract

• Indonesia has various types of traditional food from Sabang to Merauke and has its own history. I currently choose the eastern part of Indonesia, Fak-Fak west Papua. This city is famous for its nutmeg products so it is dubbed as the "City of Nutmeg". Fak-Fak is an area with a variety of traditional foods that can be said to be unique and different from other regions. This traditional food that develops in west Papua is influenced by the geographical location and also the produce available there. Seafood is one of them, a prominent resource in the city of Fak-Fak and therefore I drew a seafood theme on my menu, staple foods such as sago and yam I also highlighted. My goal is also to keep the traditional food in my city awake and not just disappear
