Abstract

In this era, many other option to create food business right now. The Internet and social media give us easily about food information in other country. Now in Indonesia, there are lot of types restaurant, café, food stall, food bazaar, or even ghost kitchen sales variety and creative food. From western food, chineese food, mid-east food, japaneese food, american food, and many others can be found. As a Indonesian citizen, sad that nowdays many of young people omit about their culture. Only few people wants to cook and create traditional food business. Whereas The homeland of Indonesia consists of more than 17,000 islands and 300 ethnic groups. With the big picture landscape, the country reflects its diversity through its resources, and cultures. Each of Indonesia region have lot of food variety. The taste of each food will give us memorable moment that from other region can not give that. Because of the ingredients, the weather each region, the chef technique that cooking traditional food will give different taste and characteristics food.
