Abstract

In Indonesia, most people eat dry pasta, which they bought from the supermarket or eat at the restaurant. This is because, they have longer shelf life and effective. Meanwhile, fresh pasta or handmade ones are rare since they had shorter shelf life and time consuming. By looking at this reason, most people prefer dry pasta and that is why the establishment is made to encouraged people to try fresh pasta.
