Abstract
Everyone in this world from children to grandparents definitely needs food to support their activities and usually they can eat up to 3 times a day. Therefore starting a cullinary business is the right thing to do. In addition to the right culinary bussines because food is basic human need, another reason is that the culinary bussines allow us to make continuous innovations, for example creating unique menus or modifying foods to be more interesting and slightly different that doesn’t exist anywhere else. So, when customers want to try the food, the place they will go is our restaurant. Here it gave me the idea to make an indonesian menu that was upgraded to the best version. In addition, our restaurant also provides menus from other countries to be introduced to some people who don’t know or have never try this dish.
