Abstract

Recently, the world of cafes is in great demand by many people and lots of people are also interested in knowing what a cafe is about. Therefore, as a student who studies culinary arts, I also want to get to know and try to dive into the world of cafes by opening a cafe business. Previously I had experience working in the FnB world by opening an online shop selling cakes and cookies. With the aim of wanting to increase work experience at a young age and also to increase my money. By opening a cafe, I have a goal, namely so that I can make every customer feel the taste of the food that I will share with all my customers with pleasure. With this pandemic, I am also challenged to be able to survive in a situation where everyone is experiencing an economic crisis, many negative impacts have been affected by many business and not only businessmen. Therefore I also want to fight together and I want to share by sharing some of the alms from the cafe's profits to the social foundations.
