Abstract

Felakitchen was founded at the beginning of the emergence of covid 19. Because many restaurants are only open half a day, some even choose to close because of PPKM. People started racking their brains by selling via Pre-Order. Pre order is a system of purchasing products made by sellers before the real stock of goods is available. Of course, this method is very easy for people to create new and interesting things. This pre-order system we used at the beginning of food sales at Felakitchen. Initially it started when every time there was an event, such as birthdays, family gatherings or Christmas dinners, held at my house, the mandatory menu that was always served was Pork Ribs. So when the beginning of covid, my mother and I thought about selling because so many people requested to order our Signature Dish, namely Pork Ribs. And we want to open an offline store because there are so many people want to feel the sensation of eating our food firsthand.
