Abstract

Roku ramen is a mini ramen shop that I plan to make with my own capital, which will be quite small. The theme that I will choose for this ramen shop is from the 80s where later on terms of lighting and furniture, it will be a bit old. In terms of the menus that will be served are also quite common foods in the eyes of Japanese people, for the signature dish of this ramen shop is “Tori Paitan” ramen. whatever we serve here we want everything to be done as ideally as possible and affordable for sure Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the culinary industry in Indonesia has declined significantly. this makes F&B fighters struggle in developing their business. The reason behind why I want to start this business is because I want to lighten the burden on my parents, secondly because I want to have my own income because over time I realize that I have to be self-aware about what I will do in the future. Third because I want to prove that using a humble ingredients can still create an amazing taste dish.
