Abstract
Building a business in the culinary field is one of my goals since stepping into the culinary world. if I start this business, then my experience can increase and I can develop in this field. In my opinion, starting this business is the first step for me to be more successful. Culinary business is one form of business that has the potential to earn large profits. After previously opening a small business through an online pre-order system, this time I want to take a step forward and try to open a business that has an offline store. Apart from that, I'm sure people will like the food that I'll be selling. The food that I will sell will also be cooked with quality ingredients and of course at an affordable price so that my target market can be wider.
