Abstract

Every people have their own ideas about running or starting a business. But to actually run a business, it needs a lot of effort and responsibilities to do it. My mom and dad give me an idea about running my own business about culinary. It’s because I like to cook. My family always encourage me in improving my hobbies. My hobbies are cooking, photography, and drawing. By learning to cook I learned that it’s all not just about cooking food and serve it to people. Its about the happiness and satisfaction when you serve the food to people and they’re happy and satisfied with our cooking. Why did I want to open a restaurant? I have so many reasons, I could serve my dish freely without any hesitation, I could invent a new menu, I could learn more about the feeling of opening and running a real business, and last, I could feel how hard it is for my parents to work everyday for me. About running this restaurant, my idea is serving my dad’s favorite food as my signature dish from his hometown, Pekalongan. This is my first time planning a business, so I don’t want to run a big restaurant cause it took too much of responsibilities. I create this restaurant to learn the experience in serving and giving the best service for my customers.
