Abstract

According to Vandana Shiva, food is human’s basic need, the very stuff of life. Nobody can ever live without food, but everyone has their own preferences about it. Humans have an ability to create their own dish and some of them use that as an opportunity to do business that targeted those who are not good at making their own dishes or people who prefer to eat outside. Nowadays, people like to visit various types of restaurants, one of which is cafés. However, there are not many differences between those places other than the interior that automatically affect the ambiance. Most of the dishes they sell have numerous similarities in terms of variants and plate presentations. With MoniMuo, there is hope to vary people’s perspectives about cafes by building a multifunctional space for a diverse set of people, with a broader target market as a result. The interior will be suited to the tastes of teenagers and young adults as the target audience. Therefore, make customers feel welcome and comfortable and also urge them to return.
